Federation Leadership Institute (FLI) is proud to be a premier leadership program in the South Jersey Jewish community. FLI is the epicenter of networking and knowledge for our entire Federation and Family of Agencies system. FLI covers topics including values-based leadership; understanding budgets, fundraising, and allocations; finding your purpose as a leader; making challenging decisions; and more. This program is generously funded by an endowment from Brian & Vicki Zell.

This exclusive experience is for key leaders in our South Jersey Jewish community. Those nominated into this program offer expertise and perspective integral to improving and growing our Federation Family. FLI also helps future leaders find the right leadership role within our community.

The 10th cohort of the Federation Leadership concluded in March with the graduation of 14 exceptional leaders: Chaim Blumberg, Talia Hollander, Dan Loew, Ellen Lowenberger, Geoffrey Hammel, Lauren Rosner, Mira Aumiller, Melissa Firstenberg, Sydney Breslow, Steven Chervin, Benjamin Landsburg, Nathan Dorfman, Jill Benjoseph, and A.J. Kreimer. To date, approximately 250 people have participated in FLI.

For more information about the program, please reach out to Moriah Benjoseph Nassau at mbenjoseph@jfedsnj.org. Nominations for the 11th cohort will open in Summer 2023.
