Andrea Heymann,
Associate Regional Director, ADL Philadelphia

Andrea Heymann (she/her) is the Associate Regional Director of Anti-Defamation League (ADL) Philadelphia, where she responds to acts of bias and provides investigative assistance to law enforcement. Additionally, Heymann coordinates and delivers briefings to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, focusing on extremism, antisemitism, and more. Before joining ADL in 2018, she was the Assistant Director of the Jewish Graduate Student Network in Philadelphia. Heymann holds an M.A. in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Stockton University and a B.A. in History from Goucher College. She resides in Philadelphia with her fiancé, Matt, English Bulldog, Lola, and Tuxedo cat, Aristotle.

Caroline M. Austin,
Employment Lawyer, Partner at Duane Morris

Caroline M. Austin concentrates her practice in employment litigation,
employment policy development, preventative counseling and training
designed to avoid litigation, unionization and employee attrition. Appearing
before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, Austin
represents clients in connection with a broad range of labor and
employment matters, including age, race, gender, national origin and
disability discrimination, sexual and racial harassment, restrictive
covenants, breach of contract, and wage-and-hour laws.

Austin served as law clerk to Honorable Daniel H. Huyett, 3rd, Senior
Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Austin is a 1994 graduate of Temple University, Beasley School of
Law, where she was associate research editor of The Temple Law Review,
and a graduate of Lehigh University.

Eric Kupersmith,
Senior Vice President and Chief Physician Executive,
Cooper University Hospital

Dr. Kupersmith joined Cooper in 1995 and now oversees its practice plan of 800+ physicians, focusing on strategic growth, operations, leadership, and quality goals. Previously, he was chief medical officer and SVP of Hospital Operations, managing critical care, emergency medicine, and more. He founded Cooper’s hospital medicine division, expanding it to 100 hospitalists. He developed the Clinical Decision Unit, Transfer Center, and Physician Advisor program. A Robert Wood Johnson Medical School graduate, he trained at Wharton and the College of Executive Coaching. A Senior Fellow of Hospital Medicine, he has received teaching awards and lectured nationally.

Chief Human Resources & Administrative Officer,
Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey

Maribell Osnayo-Lytle is the Jewish Federation’s Chief Human Resources & Administrative Officer and an accomplished Executive Human Resources Professional with a demonstrated history of supporting business leaders and management. She specializes in employee relations, strategic development, performance management, organizational growth, and succession planning. With experience across diverse industries—including government, higher education, pharmaceuticals, staffing, nonprofit, and media—Maribell brings a broad perspective to her work. She has a proven track record of fostering positive workplace environments, implementing HR initiatives that align with corporate objectives, and driving organizational success. Her dedication to cultivating inclusive cultures and enhancing employee engagement has been instrumental in achieving company goals and promoting sustainable growth.
