Guest speaker Denver Leigh Watson (MAT, M.Ed., LDTC, Director of Educational Services at Advo-Kids) has a combined experience of more than twenty years in the field of education and working with individuals with disabilities. She spent the bulk of her career as a teacher of students with disabilities and is also an experienced Child Study Team case manager, special needs school administrator, as well as a certified Learning Disabilities Consultant and Evaluator in New Jersey.
Jessica Lenhart (Special Education Consultant, Paralegal at Advo-Kids) is a former special education attorney who spent her early career representing schools in due process hearings and on appeal. After seeing the often negative results of litigation on educators, parents, and students alike, she transitioned to a position with the United Way and worked in support of a Community School initiative.
