The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey works to make Jewish education accessible to all.
We thank the following local synagogues who we are proud to partner with on engaging programs for community members of all ages:
We support the following local Jewish day schools:
We especially work to ensure that our collaborations provide youth and teen programs like the Community Madrichim Program and the Tri-County Teen Speaker Summit. Through these initiatives, students of participating synagogues and Jewish day schools can develop leadership skills and engage with peers.
Jewish Education: Ensuring Judaism is accessible to all is at the foundation of our educational programming. Our staff members work to support students with disabilities, their families, and teachers in Jewish day schools, early childhood centers, and religious schools in the community with innovative programming, resources, and educator professional development, through the generosity of the Raymond & Gertrude R. Saltzman Foundation. Programming and resources can be found here.
We value the important role that Jewish educators play in shaping young children’s minds as they grow connected to their Jewish identities. Through our partnerships with our community schools, we strive to ensure all families have access to a strong Jewish education. Through professional development, connecting students and families with special services, and creating new programming opportunities for children in Jewish educational settings we are ensuring the next generation of Jewish learners.
