Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey's largest annual phone-a-thon style fundraiser and good deeds day, Super Sunday & Community Mitzvah Day, is back!
Super Sundays and Community Mitzvah Days are hosted nationally by Jewish Federations across North America. For our Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, it’s the single biggest fundraising event and good deeds day of the year. Nearly $750,000 is raised in just one week — over one-third of our JFund campaign goal for the entire year.
Fundraising for JFund enables the Jewish Federation and its family of agencies to continue to operate and expand upon the many important programs and services offered for people in need in South Jersey and around the world across five Areas of Impact: Older Adults, Disability Services, Global Connections, Community Engagement, and Family & Youth.

With just one gift, you make an IMPACT locally and globally by:
- Combatting antisemitism, racism, and hatred
- Increasing security – our security network, JFed Security, has extended across 15 counties and two states
- Feeding those who experience food insecurity
- Providing comfort and care to older adults
- Helping individuals be physically fit and healthy
- Building community for the present and future
- Responding to crises
Schedule:
10am-1pm; 3pm-6pm: Make Super Sunday calls at the Katz JCC
1-3pm: Participate in hands-on mitzvah projects
Magen David Adom blood drive, general mitzvah projects in the Social Hall, Mensches With Wrenches at Saltzman House, make no-sew blankets at Lions Gate, and more!
There are other opportunities to make calls during the week before Super Sunday.
